I want to suggest you some kinds of morning meals.
The first is apple with cream. It's very tasty and light dish.
Also you shoud taste apples with bananas. It's really tasty and sweet.
Some of you don't have time to cook the breakfast, I advice you to drink coffee or coffee with milk or tea with limon.
But the most useful and healthy dish is porridge. There're so many varios kinds of porridge. Personally I like all of them. They are tasty, healthy, low-calorie. Also I like to add some fruits into the porridge.
